| | | Norm Reynolds Position: President & CEO Mr. Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development in Canada and the United States. From 1976 to 1985 he worked exclusively in the uranium industry, mainly in Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories and Virginia. As President of Marline, Mr. Reynolds was directly responsible for uranium exploration efforts in the Eastern United States which lead to the discovery of the Coles Hill Property in Virginia. From 1985 to 2005, Mr. Reynolds founded, operated and sold ProMark, a significant national geophysical service firm with over 400 employees. Mr. Reynolds has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Geologist in Virginia and Georgia. Norm Reynolds has lived in Chatham, Virginia since 1982.

| | | Walter Coles, Sr. Position: Chairman Mr. Coles began his career in 1961 as a Chief Industrial Engineer for the Lane Furniture Company. In 1966 he served as an officer in the U.S. Army for two tours in Vietnam, resulting in the award of the Bronze Star and Air Medals. Mr. Coles then had a 30 year career in the U.S. Foreign Service as an Economic Development Officer where he managed U.S. foreign assistance activities, including serving as the key architect for U.S. policy initiatives on privatization and land reform implementation in countries that comprised the former Soviet Union. Since retirement, Mr. Coles has worked as an international consultant in privatization and land reform issues. Mr. Coles is the owner and operator of a cattle and grain business on the Coles Hill Property. He has a Bachelors degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and is a licensed commercial pilot.

| | | Ronald Netolitzky, MSc. Position: Director Mr. Netolitzky has over 40 years of experience and has been very successful in mining exploration. He was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Santoy Resources Ltd., an exploration stage company focused on discovering and developing high-grade uranium deposits throughout North America. Mr. Netolitzky has been directly associated with three major gold discoveries in Canada that have subsequently been put into production including, Eskay Creek, Snip and Brewery Creek. He also serves as a director of several publicly traded exploration companies.

Mr. Hochstein is currently President and Chief Operating Officer of Denison Mines Corp. and President of Fortress Minerals Corp.

| | | Walter Coles, Jr. Position: Executive Vice-President Mr. Coles was an equity and high yield bond analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, LLC, a New York based event-driven hedge fund, from 2005 through to the beginning of 2007. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank as a research analyst from 1999 through 2005, covering companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Coles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.

| | | Robert G. Ingram, B. Comm., CA Position: Director Mr. Ingram is a Chartered Accountant and has been President of Ingram & Company, a public accounting practice, since 1972. Mr. Ingram provides management and accounting service to a number of oil and gas investment funds that operate out of his office, and has been a director of numerous public venture capital and resource companies during the past 35 years.

| | | Robert Matthews Position: Director Mr. Matthews is a Chartered Accountant and is currently President of Sheppards Building Materials Inc. Mr. Matthews was previously a director of Viceroy Resource Corporation (now Quest). Mr. Matthews was Manager/Controller for MacMillan Bloedel from 1974 to 1993. Mr. Matthews has been a director and CFO for several public companies.

| | | Michael Cathro, M.Sc., P.Geo. Position: Vice President, Exploration Mr. Cathro received his M.Sc. from the Colorado School of Mines in 1992 and an Honours B.Sc. in Geological Sciences from Queen's University in 1984. During the past 18 years, Mike worked for the British Columbia Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources, first as a minerals lands planner & researcher, then as a regional geologist in Kamloops, and finally as Regional Director, South Central BC, of the Mining and Minerals Division. Prior to working for the British Columbia Government, Mike worked for Gold Fields Mining in the U.S., for Delta Gold in Australia, and for Canamax in the Yukon. Mike brings a wealth of exploration, research, administrative and permitting experience to the Company.
